Purpose and source fixes
This client integration animates the numeric Yang/Gem display in ExpandedMoneyTaskBar. In the supplied OnUpdateCool, subtracting a negative delta makes the counter increase when money decreases. M2City r1 advances towards the target with bounded integer steps and stops within 15 updates, including differences below 15. Repeated changes restart from the current displayed value.
The ui.py loader/class used ENABLE_COOL_YANG_REFRESH while the native export and taskbar used __COOL_REFRESH_EDITLINE__. The revision consistently uses the latter. The uiscript falls back to ordinary text when the feature is disabled and explicitly requires import app. Equal values remain numeric after SetText.

Integration and branch requirements
Merge the UserInterface Locale_inc.h/PythonApplicationModule.cpp fragments, root ui.py and uitaskbar.py, and expandedmoneytaskbar.py. They are instructions, not replacement modules. Preserve existing update handlers. This variant expects ExpandedMoneyTaskBar, localeInfo.MoneyFormat and optional ENABLE_GEM_SYSTEM; map those names to your fork and keep real currency authoritative on the server.
Test spend, earn, zero, repeated changes, large Yang, Gem enabled/disabled and the feature disabled. The animation duration is based on updates, not elapsed seconds.

Validation
All six supplied text files were read. The revised class passed 49 fake-TextLine increase/decrease/equal scenarios plus a mid-animation target change. Checks ran under Python 3 with no game engine; they are not a Python 2 client build or visual in-game test. The creator portfolio confirms the feature name, not byte identity with this older archive. No external screenshots have been represented as tests of this revision.
