Use case and contents
A reference library for Metin2 character artists preparing renders, skeleton studies and animation work. The supplied archive contains eight Blender scenes: male and female warrior, assassin, sura and shaman, plus 1,479 PNG texture files. There is no Lycan scene, game server, client executable or ready-to-install GR2 replacement.
Version and origin
All eight file headers identify Blender 4.3 (403), 64-bit little-endian format. The filename's “2014” describes the source-client collection, not the Blender version. The public release by MeQQs describes a conversion of 2014 character assets with textures and animations. Its discussion mentions root-motion concerns. The supplied archive was not matched to an upstream checksum, so this is an identified related release, not an authenticated original build.

Practical workflow
Extract into a staging art directory preserving all eight folders. Allow about 4.49 GiB for the uncompressed files, plus Blender's working memory. Open one scene at a time with automatic script execution disabled. Keep an untouched source copy and save experiments separately. Inspect the Outliner for meshes and the armature; select the armature before checking available animation actions. Check missing textures and relink only to the supplied texture directories when appropriate.
Before using an animation in a private-server client, compare the target skeleton, bone naming, rest pose, unit scale, frame rate and root movement with your actual authorized client assets. Exporting from Blender does not itself establish GR2 compatibility; use and validate your own export/conversion pipeline. Do not replace a live client pack until meshes, materials, bounds and all required movement/attack animations have been checked in staging.
What M2City checked
The archive CRC and file hashes were checked without launching supplied content. Each Blender file was streamed through its complete block sequence, including the SDNA structure and ENDB marker. The eight scenes contain respectively 89–119 mesh blocks, one armature block each, and 109–154 action blocks each. All 1,479 PNG images decoded. No Text datablock or external Library datablock was found by this structural scan; this does not establish absence of all drivers, expressions, vulnerabilities or runtime dependencies.
The preview is a contact sheet of supplied textures, not an in-game or Blender render. No source/art fixes are claimed: the original archive is distributed unchanged. Mesh integrity, bone correctness, action/root-motion quality, shader appearance, missing runtime paths and game export were not evaluated. These checks are deliberately separate from a functional animation test.
Rights and references
Redistribution was expressly confirmed by the supplying owner. MeQQs is credited for the related conversion release; underlying character artwork is not relicensed by M2City. Preserve applicable creator notices and rights. Format checks followed Blender's documented file-block structure.
