Purpose and actual scope
Displays a text list of prohibited item actions in ItemToolTip: drop, sell, give/trade, PvP drop, stack, private shop and safebox. It reads the selected item's client-side anti-flags. It does not enforce restrictions or synchronize client/server protos; authoritative checks remain on the server.

Branch requirements
Merge ENABLE_ANTIFLAG_TOOLTIP and its Python export, the AppendAntiflagInformation method/call in uiToolTip.py and one set of locale keys. The locale file supplies alternative English/German examples; install the chosen translation rather than duplicate keys. Keep your fork's AddItemData signature instead of copying the example signature wholesale.
The code expects item.ITEM_ANTIFLAG_SAFEBOX and the other listed constants to exist in the binary. Verify their exported values against your server's item enum; never choose a free-looking bit without reconciling both sides and the proto format. This variant uses Python 2 iteritems and TextLine.SetFeather. Port those calls explicitly if your client differs. Long restriction lists may require wrapping or a wider tooltip.

Review outcome
All four supplied text files were read. No M2City code modification was applied. There was no complete client build or game UI test. Exercise an unrestricted item, each restriction separately, multiple restrictions and missing locale keys. The public CHXMVN discussion is a feature reference; byte identity and authorship of this uncredited local variant were not established. The package preserves the supplied source unchanged.
