What this download contains
ProtoTool is credited upstream to blackdragonx61 / Mali61, with a MIT licence copyright notice for Muhammet. This is an unmodified snapshot from the Createmetin2 repository, not original M2City software. It includes a Visual Studio solution, C++ source, Settings.json, example tables and the original notices. No compiled executable is included.

Start with the settings, not a production export
Read ProtoTool/resource/Settings.json and the upstream README together. Options can skip columns, remove selected item types, remove antiflags or replace apply/limit types. These are data transformations: an option set to true can intentionally remove information. Keep your original export and test one small copy before processing a full table.

A useful review compares the expected column order, VNUM definitions, flags and references before and after the transformation. A syntactically readable file can still disagree with the layout your client/server branch expects. Use the free static checker for its supported text checks, then test your actual import workflow separately.

Source and validation
The pinned source revision and MIT notice are preserved. M2City checked all 19 archive files, ZIP integrity, size and SHA-256. We did not compile or run the program. The current checksum is shown in the catalogue. If you share a result, include the relevant settings, a small synthetic before/after table and the format your branch requires.
